1. Service Description

IPOBeacon provides automated, informational event alert messages via SMS and E-Mail, along with a web portal for managing alert preferences. The service monitors SEC filings and delivers alerts when new events are filed, priced, or listed.

2. Not Investment Advice

IPOBeacon is an informational service only and does not provide investment advice, recommendations, or endorsements. Nothing on this site or in any alert constitutes a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Use of this service is at your own risk.

3. Data Accuracy

Alert data, including company descriptions and AI-generated summaries, is sourced from publicly available SEC filings and processed automatically. IPOBeacon does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided. Data may contain errors, omissions, or delays. Always verify information independently before making any decisions.

4. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You agree to provide accurate and current information when subscribing
One account per person; sharing account access is not permitted

5. SMS and E-Mail Program

Message frequency varies, up to 5 messages per day
Msg & data rates may apply
Text STOP at any time to opt out of SMS alerts
Text HELP for assistance
Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase
Providing your phone number during checkout does not automatically opt you in to SMS alerts
E-Mail alerts are managed through the customer portal

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe
Pricing and billing terms are presented at checkout
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided
IPOBeacon reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Resell, redistribute, or republish alert content without permission
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology associated with IPOBeacon are the property of IPOBeacon and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without prior written consent. AI-generated summaries are provided for personal informational use only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPOBeacon and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

Financial losses resulting from investment decisions
Missed, delayed, or inaccurate alerts
Service outages or interruptions
Errors in AI-generated summaries or data processing
Unauthorized access to your account

In no event shall IPOBeacon's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. IPOBeacon does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Account Termination

IPOBeacon reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to the service or other users. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Changes to Terms

IPOBeacon may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via E-Mail or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
